What do you need to know to return items?

Request a return
You can request a return via MY ACCOUNT , in the RETURNS module. Click here for more information.
You will receive the return form by e-mail within 1 working day. You print this out, add it to the box and return the goods at your own expense. As soon as we have received the goods back, you will receive a credit note within a few working days in the same way as you normally receive the invoices. Products can be returned up to 15 days after the order. This is only possible if items are in the original packaging and unprocessed.

Treatment costs

For return shipments we are forced to deduct 12,5% of the amount to be credited from the credit note with a minimum of €6,50. Obviously, this does not apply if you have received an incorrect delivery.

Returns / Shipping costs / GLS collection order
If you return something, the shipping costs are for your own account. If you have received an incorrect delivery, we will instruct our carrier to collect the return at our expense.
