Prices are in euros exclusive of VAT per piece or per packaging unit for unprocessed textiles. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders before 15.30 will be shipped the same day, unless out of stock. Our customer service is available on weekdays between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. by telephone on +31 (0)71 5810766. Our webshop can always be reached.

Payment terms are, provided we have a valid credit limit, 30 days after the invoice date.

Orders with a value of goods above € 300,- will be shipped carriage paid within the Netherlands. Orders with a value of goods above € 500,- will be shipped carriage paid in Belgium.

We usually ship our orders with GLS. Shipments are picked up in the afternoon around 5 pm and processed overnight. Parcels for destinations in the Netherlands are delivered the next day during office hours. If required, Express Parcel can be used at an additional cost. The goods are then presented on working days before 9 a.m. or before noon. Saturday delivery is also possible. Customer Service will be happy to tell you more about the possibilities. Freight rates can be viewed online.
