How can I contact you outside opening hours?
If you have any questions or concerns outside our normal opening hours, please email info@hmz.nl or fill in the contact form under contact. We will respond to your question as soon as possible.
How can I subscribe to the HMZ Newsletter?
HMZ regularly sends out newsletters with information on (temporary) promotions, new articles and price changes, among other things. If you would like to be kept informed, please send an e-mail to marketing@hmz.nl and we will put you on the mailing list.

How do I create an account?
Under ‘Register as a new customer’, enter your details online and you will then receive an e-mail from us asking you to agree to our terms and conditions. After this agreement, we will create an account for you and send you the login details by e-mail.
Can I receive multiple login codes for my colleagues?
Yes, we can create multiple login codes for 1 customer number. The shopping cart is shared. Please contact our customer service via +31 71 581 07 66 or via info@hmz.nl.
My password does not work, what should I do?
You can click on forgot password at the login screen. If you enter your username you will receive a link by e-mail to create a new password. Your username is your customer number.
I once placed an order with you, how do I know if my account is still active?

Order & delivery
I would like to order, how do I do that?
To order in our webshop you need to have an account. You can request this via the new customerform, which you can find at the top of the homepage under the sign up tab. If you leave your details here, you will receive an e-mail with the request to agree to our terms of delivery. If we have received this from you by e-mail, we will create an account for you and you will receive your login details by e-mail.
What is the minimum quantity to order at HMZ?
We do not have a minimum order quantity, you can order as many pieces you need. For orders with a value below € 250.- ex VAT, we charge € 7.95 freight costs for shipments within the Netherlands.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
You can see the available stock once you have logged in. Make sure you check your order confirmation for the expected shipping dates.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 3:30 PM in our webshop will be delivered (if in stock) the next working day within the Netherlands.
Can I find my order history in my account?
Yes, if you are logged in, you can find this on your account page. Here you can find everything about your orders, deliveries, invoices, etc. You can also adjust your data here.
How much freight costs do I pay?
All orders above € 300,- (ex. VAT) delivered in the Netherlands include shipping costs, so there are no extra charges. For orders under € 300 (ex. VAT), you pay € 8.45 for deliveries within the Netherlands. All freight costs can be downloaded here.

Can I trace my order?
After shipment from our warehouse, you will receive an email from GLS containing the Real Time Track&Trace link. This shows (in a small time frame) when the driver will deliver the package. With the (free) FlexDelivery service, an appointment can be made for, for example, a different date or deposit permission.In the evening that your order has been shipped, the package can be traced via shipments (via my account). We will also send the invoice by e-mail with this tracking code with which you can trace your order at GLS.
Can I still change my placed order? Can I add items to my order?
No, once your order is in the process, we can not change anything anymore.
I would like to pick up my order, is that possible?
The order can be picked up between 09:00 and 16:00 (at the back of the building).
Returns
How do I return items?
You can request a return on the website under the customer portal under RETURNS. We will send you the return form by e-mail within one working day. Print it out, add it to the box and send back the goods at your own expense. As soon as we have received the return, you will receive a credit note within a few working days in the same way as you receive the invoices. Items must be in their original packaging and unprocessed.
Are there any costs associated with returning items?
If you return something, shipping costs are at your own expense.
In addition, for returns we are obliged to deduct 12.5% of the amount to be credited from the credit note with a minimum of € 6.50.
Of course, this does not apply to incorrect deliveries.
Within how many days should I put in my return?
Items can be returned up to 15 days after ordering. This is only possible if items are in their original packaging and unprocessed.
I have received an incorrect delivery, how can I return it?
Send an e-mail to verkoop@hmz.nl with the subject ‘incorrect delivery’ and state the items that arrived incorrectly.

How can I pay my order?
When completing your order in the webshop, you can select the Ideal, PayPal or Bancontact payment condition.
I am looking for an old invoice, where can I find it?
You can find this after logging in at the bottom of the web page in my profile under my invoices.
How can I see which invoices are still outstanding?
You can see this after logging in at the bottom of the webpage in my profile under my invoices. The invoices that are colored green are the invoices already paid. The red colored invoices are the outstanding invoices. If you would like a complete overview, please contact administratie@hmz.nl.
I am looking for the packing slip of my order, where can I find it?
You can find the packing slip of your order after logging in at the bottom of the webpage in my profile under my shipments.
Marketing
I need EAN codes/barcodes of the articles for my webshop, where can I find them?
In your account after log in at your sent weborders under the tab actions you can find the EAN-codes of all the items that you have ordered.
After logging in under the tab marketing - downloads - you will find a file with the EAN-codes of the complete collection.
I need images for my website, where can I find them?
After logging in under the tab marketing - downloads - you can find zipfiles with low-resolution images. If you need images in high resolution or if you have any other questions regarding images, please send an email marketing@hmz.nl.
Do you have a digital catalog that I can show on my website?
We have a browsing catalogue of both The Choice and all our other catalogues. All links are conveniently arranged in one document, this pdf can also be downloaded under Customer Service. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to marketing@hmz.nl.
How can I order a paper catalog?
The Choice can be ordered on the website under Marketing - Marketing materials. Contact marketing@hmz.nl if you want hard copies of the brochures listed under Marketing - Downloads - catalogs.
Where can I find your pricelist?
After logging in under the tab marketing - downloads - you will find our current price list as a PDF file and excle file.
